There is a lot to decide on, such as the best finance options, the location of your home, the size of the block and the design of the house. Communication is the process of passing information and understanding from one person to another. Very often it is poor communication that leads to bad outcomes. Working with the Filipino community over the past 10 years has given me a good understanding of Filipinos and how best to communicate with them. I believe we understand one another very well.

I have always been very passionate about helping others. Often, I put others interests at the expense of my own because I believe in doing the right thing by people.
