They will do a full assessment of your situation, understand your requirements and then present you with the best options. And yes, it's FREE!

This not-for-profit foundation was created for the many Perth families who cannot save the necessary deposit for a home, with weekly rent payments, living expenses and utilities diminishing their savings. This foundation is possible thanks to The Prime Group and their generous suppliers, who are working together to ensure that many hardworking families are able to stop renting and own their own home.

FIRST HOME OWNERS GRANT
Did you know that if you’re a first home buyer you can receive a $10,000 government grant?
This grant is a one-off payment from the Western Australian government to help first home buyers with building a new home. The grant isn't given to the directly to home buyers- instead it is given to your home lender or mortgage broker to reduce your existing payments.
There is eligibility criteria, such as you need to be a first home buyer and you must intend to live in the property for at least 6 months.
